  • Take feedback on board and apply it to improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the WordPress platform and a solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
  • Some experience with PHP, not required to be advanced but enough to understand and work with it
  • Some experience with e-commerce and WooCommerce preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to turn abstract problems into practical solutions
  • Motivated to grow, learn, and contribute positively to the team
  • A team first attitude, no “not my job” mindset
  • Ability to take feedback and apply it constructively
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and handling requests professionally

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with other CMS platforms such as Shopify or Squarespace
  • Some project management experience or the ability to manage expectations and resources independently
  • Understanding and experience with hosting, DNS, domains, and the wider web ecosystem
  • Ability to read PHP error messages and troubleshoot issues

What We Offer

  • A supportive, tight knit team embedded in the Canterbury community
  • A strong brand and client base you can be proud to represent
  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
  • The chance to be part of the MoMac family

Additional Perks

  • A great work environment with a complimentary drinks fridge, coffee machine, and bottomless cookie jar
  • Regular team functions and legendary work events
