    We’re seeking a gun Client Manager for immediate start in our busy creative agency!

    An increased demand in work combined with business growth has opened up an exciting opportunity to be part of the team in our Rangiora based studio. We require an experienced Client Manager who has a background of around 10 years in the creative and/or marketing industry to join our team and assist with project management from concept to completion.

    You will be responsible for listening and understanding our client’s needs, nurturing the relationship with clients and external suppliers, and communicating briefs clearly to the graphic and digital design studio. You will manage a variety of projects for different clients across various industries. And recognise marketing opportunities with existing clients, as well as seeking new business leads.

    You will be self-motivated, have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

    Initially you will work very closely with our business director to fully understand the business and its operations. You will be required to learn quickly and be able to adapt to our systems. However, having significant industry experience within this role, we expect you will bring new ideas, procedures and processes to the team. To ensure you can effectively complete this role you will have access to a work car during work time and a phone package will be provided.

    This is an experienced Client Manager role and only suitable applicants will be considered.

We’re looking for a standout Client Manager who is keen to grow with us and develop the business.

    We’re looking to streamline our operations and make our client experience one to remember, to ensure repeat and referral business.     What you will need.

    We are looking for a client manager that can hit the ground running and take charge. You will need vast amounts of experience within the creative and marketing industry and be competent in this role. It is essential you have industry knowledge in creative/marketing, digital, web, social and content creation so you can effectively present ideas to our clients, take feedback and offer recommendations on the spot.

    In this role, you will be the face of MoMac. Nurturing trust with our current clients and communicating clearly with the production team. You will be equipped with all the necessary tools and support to complete this role to a high standard.

    This role will require you to follow proven processes already in place, whilst adding your own flavour from previous industry/agency experience.
