Join Our Growing Print Team 💼
We are looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to lead our digital and wide format print operations at MoMac Print. This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with clients, and producing quality print work in a busy creative environment.
You will oversee daily production, manage workflow, quote new jobs, support junior staff, and work closely with our design team.
The Role 🖨️
Your responsibilities will cover all areas of print production, from digital and wide format to finishing and customer service.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Operate Fuji SRA3 digital presses
- Run wide format printing across a range of materials
- Use finishing equipment including guillotines, laminators, binders, and folders
- Set up files using Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press workflows (bonus skill)
- Complete quotes using Flyerlink (Nettyl partnership)
- Approve proofs and maintain quality across all work
- Manage production schedules and deadlines
- Coordinate with the design team on artwork and job requirements
- Support and lead junior staff
- Handle customer enquiries and front-of-house tasks
- Manage stock, ordering, and consumables
- Maintain an organised and efficient production space
What You Bring ⭐
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital and wide format printing
- Strong knowledge of pre-press and colour management
- Experience using print finishing equipment
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
