Kia ora and welcome to MoMac π
We’re not your typical agency.
What started as a one-person video production business has grown into a full-service creative agency with a talented team of designers, marketers, developers, photographers, videographers and strategists helping businesses throughout New Zealand grow.
Today, MoMac is home to a passionate team of creatives who love producing great work, building strong client relationships and challenging the status quo. We’re ambitious, constantly evolving, and committed to creating an environment where our people enjoy coming to work every day.
Due to continued growth within our Digital Marketing department, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media & Performance) to join our team.
This is a newly created role and an opportunity to become part of an established marketing team. This position exists because we’re growing and expanding our services, not because we’re replacing someone.
If you’re passionate about digital marketing, enjoy working with a wide range of businesses, and want to continue developing your skills within a supportive agency environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role π―
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid advertising, analytics and client communication.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing campaigns, interpreting data, working directly with clients and contributing to business growth across a diverse range of industries.
Paid advertising is the primary focus of this role. We’re looking for someone with strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience who understands how to drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
You’ll work closely with our creative, content, design and strategy teams to develop campaigns that generate leads, sales and growth. You’ll also play an important role in client onboarding, account setup, reporting and ongoing client communication.
You will be trusted to manage client relationships, provide strategic recommendations and take ownership of campaign performance across your portfolio of accounts.
No two days are the same. You’ll work across multiple industries, businesses and marketing challenges while gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing channels and strategies.
While paid advertising is the primary focus, you’ll also contribute to organic social media, reporting, strategy development and broader digital marketing initiatives.
This is not a junior marketing position. We’re looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in digital marketing and is ready to continue developing their career within a fast-growing agency environment.
