What is your typical turnaround time for commercial printing jobs?
Most standard printing jobs are completed within 2–5 working days.
Projects that include specialty finishes such as binding, foiling, embossing, die-cutting, or laminating will require additional production time.
Signage and promotional materials are completed within 10-15 working days.
We can advise when booking in your job what the timeframes look like for your specific case!
Can you handle large-volume printing orders?
Yes – we’re fully equipped to manage high-volume commercial print runs without compromising on quality or turnaround times.
With access to both offset and high-speed inkjet presses, we can efficiently produce large quantities while maintaining consistent, professional results.
Do you provide delivery for printed materials?
Yes – we provide reliable nationwide delivery throughout New Zealand, ensuring your printed materials arrive safely and on schedule.
What file formats do you accept for print-ready artwork?
We accept print-ready PDF files for all projects, as this format preserves quality, fonts, and layout accurately. For photographic or image-based work, high-resolution JPEGs, PNGs, or TIFFs are also accepted. Our team can assist with preparing or converting your files to ensure they meet print specifications.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we can provide samples or proofs so you can check colours, finishes, and paper stock before committing to a full print run. Please note that physical proof prints are provided at the client’s cost.
Do you offer customised finishes like embossing or foiling?
Yes – we offer a range of premium finishing options, including foiling, embossing, debossing, specialty inks, Spot UV, and lamination, to give your printed materials a high-quality, professional look.
