Kia ora and welcome to MoMac 👋
We’re not your typical agency.
What started as a one-person video production business has grown into a full-service creative agency with a talented team of marketers, designers, developers, photographers, videographers and strategists helping businesses throughout New Zealand grow.
Today, MoMac is home to a passionate team who enjoy producing great work, building strong client relationships and finding new ways to help businesses grow.
Due to continued growth within our Digital Marketing department, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This is a newly created position within an established and growing marketing team.
If you enjoy digital marketing, campaign creative, social media and working with a wide range of businesses, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role 🎯
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing and ideally a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
The role will have a particular focus on Meta advertising, campaign creative, social media and supporting the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
You’ll work alongside our existing digital marketing specialists as well as our designers, videographers, photographers, developers and strategists.
A big part of the role will be helping turn campaign ideas into effective digital activity. That could include developing campaign concepts, creating or adapting graphics in Canva, writing copy, setting up Meta campaigns, preparing organic social content and working with the wider creative team to produce campaign assets.
You’ll also have opportunities to work directly with clients, contribute to campaign strategies, assist with reporting and help manage ongoing accounts.
You don’t need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing. We’re looking for someone with a good base of knowledge, the right attitude and the ability to continue developing their skills as part of the team.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
